2026 Winners Have Been Announced

This marks the 17^th  year of showcasing 20 Rising Business Stars who always strive to do their best. Some 320 of our community’s (Eugene/Springfield, Oregon) high achievers were honored with 20 under 40 status since the awards began in 2008.

Today’s emerging business leaders change our community through innovation, creativity and hard work. The 20 Under 40 Awards recognize 20 rising stars committed to career excellence and to making the Eugene-Springfield area a better place. These young leaders already have done amazing things – and they’re just getting started.

People who recognize their impact submit the nominations. A panel of judges, including past winners, selects the top 20 each year. Nominations closed.
