Congratulations 2018 WinnersThey join 200 previous rising stars.

Celebrating 12 Years!

Ralph Parshall, general manager of Mercedes-Benz of Eugene, first conceived of the 20 under 40 Awards in 2008. Winners show excellence in their careers, put a priority on community service and want to make their community the best it can be.

Attendees packed the Downtown Athletic Club in early December to recognize the 2018 winners. It was an inspiring event – thanks to all the sponsors who made it possible. Thanks also to those who submitted some 58 nominations.

20 under 40 Awards - Rising Business Stars

Today’s emerging business leaders change our community through innovation, creativity and hard work. The 20 under 40 Awards recognizes 20 rising stars committed to career excellence and engaged in making the Eugene-Springfield area a better place. These young leaders already have great reach – and they’re just getting started.

People who notice their impact submit the nominations. A panel of judges, including past winners, selects the top 20 each year.

“I find joy in seeing the impact past winners make on our community. Every year I’m inspired when I read through the nominations. It’s always a very difficult decision to pick just 20 people to recognize. As we enter the next decade, I welcome The Eugene Chamber and KEZI 9 News as collaborators.”
