Brittany Means-Luna is a native Oregonian, University of Oregon Family and Human Services graduate, and VP of Homeless Youth Services at Looking Glass Community Services. Beginning her career in direct services and as a certified advocate for survivors of violence, she has spent her professional life working alongside young people and community members experiencing crisis to build pathways toward safety, stability, and self-determined success. Today, she focuses on strengthening programs and advancing systems-level change that improves access, equity, and outcomes across the community. Guided by the belief that individuals are the experts of their own lives, she is committed to creating opportunities for people to define and achieve success on their own terms while ensuring they have a direct voice in shaping the services designed to support them.
