20 Under 40: Jen McFadden

Director of Marketing & Brand Development
Northwest Community Credit Union

Age: 39

“If you’re on Jen’s team, you never need to wonder where you stand—she always has your back, does an excellent job of providing positive and constructive feedback, and always lets you know your work is appreciated. She’s also quick to give credit where it’s due, refusing to take credit for others’ work. Jen inspires hard work, loyalty, and pride in her team.”
